Scream Town is just 40 minutes away from Minneapolis MN and 50 minutes from St. Paul MN. FROM THE WEST – Take Highway 212 East. Look for the SCREAMTOWN sign and driveway on your left. Upon arrival to our location, you will see the sign for SCREAMTOWN. FROM THE EAST – (Twin Cities) – Take 494 to Highway 212 WEST (this exit is in Eden Prairie near the mall). Stay on 212 West for 15 miles and look for the SCREAMTOWN sign on your right. Here are some landmarks to assist you. 212 West merges from 4 lanes into 2 lanes….when this happens you are about 2 miles from our driveway. You will pass a store called “The Outpost” on your left, and then pass a white church on your right, at this point keep your eyes on the lookout for the SCREAMTOWN sign.

  • A bit over sold

So overall cool atmosphere, nice crowd, creative settings and ideas, and some very impressive actors. I will give them some props. However.... Completel disappointed with abandoned, they advertise it as you are to go down this trail alone and you wont bump into guests. Turns out you had to go with two or more, and all we did was run into other guests. And the people in front would walk so slow or keep stopping so whatever popped up we seen...so no suspense. You dont feel isolated at all due to the fact you can see the attractions and other people.. It was boring and not a lot of good actors on it. I got thr vip for this it sounded suspenseful and a test of nerves and self. Also slenderman was not scary, he just stood in a tree and yelled. (And to be quite honest I am a total pansy usually) I was completely disappointed. And as for people touching you it was mostly creepy guys trying to touch my waist. I was very upset with this attraction. I hope they get this review. It was a complete joke. Crop spawn was terrible. A.couple good jumps. But was virtually empty my friend and I actually stopped to just stare at a prop for a minute. Phobia house was pretty well done. I almost barfed through thr first room, and there was this amazing gorgeous actor who portrayed to be a psychopath. I would like to see this expand and get better for vip. Oak blood forest and circus asylum were very good. Loved them. A lot of good actors in both. I was hoping oakblood would have been a littke darker. Meltdown in sector 666 was interesting. Not too bad. Ludicrous labyrinth was a joke. No onr scAred us and we got out in less than 5 minutes. And I tthink I seen two actors. It was terrible. There was waaaaaay too much fog, it stunk and you could hardly breath, need a cooler on there fog machine to keep it low to thr ground. Also different fog...it was gross. It was like inhaling dust. Too many actors with black and white face paint and banging the walls. And a lot of chainsaws which did freak me out but by the tenth chainsaw and the millionth bang on the wall, it was old. Scream town is fun but only if you live by it. I drove three hours because of the reviews, the videos, the hype they build up on the website, the fact a haunted attraction mag dubbed them must see. And just to be fair, they seemed waaaay understaffed. Ratio of visitors to staff was not good. Almost should set a limit of tickets per night to ensure plent of fright. I do understand its intended for family as well but they truly over sold it.

  • Best Haunted House I have ever been too by far

Everything in Scream Town is amazing and scary I am 26 years old and right off the bat I was already getting spooked and I was trying to be tough for my girlfriend. The thing that really got me going was Abandoned a VIP only haunted house. The extra price was so worth it I would have paid double just to go to Abandoned. The thing that was really scary was this man in a slenderman costume and OMG was he creepy. Every haunted house actors have an area that they scare you in but this guy would not leave my girlfriend and I alone he popped out right away and scarred us and once we calmed down I looked behind and he was inches behind me, he was dead silent I could not hear him. He distracted us so the actors in front could pop out scare us really well. Slendermen was just such an amazing actor. They also had some amazing other actors including a real life horse. One of the best parts is once we left the woods I thought it was over and all of a sudden Slendermen comes pounding down the hill screaming and right before he got us you hear the priests real gun go off and Slendermen nails the ground dead it scarred the crap out of us. In the end yes Scream town is far and cost a good amount of cash but is so worth it.
